Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed with Lectric Boil
30 Day Return Policy: This applies to all accessories, cooking units, and cookware. * We extend this to 60 days during the holidays from November 1st - December 17th.
Don’t worry, be happy knowing we are committed to you being 100% satisfied with what we ship to you from our workshop in Detroit or what you buy from one of our stores. If you are not satisfied, we will send you a shipping label to ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (does not apply to custom/modified builds). We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your receipt or proof of purchase can be a physical receipt, copy of your order confirmation, or shipment confirmation from your online order. Please include a printed copy of this with your return shipment.
During the 30 Day Warranty Period: To return your product, email us at Team@LectricBoil.com with the subject line, “RETURN” to get return instructions and a free shipping label sent to you.
365 Day Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for 1 year on physical goods purchased from Lectric Boil. This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period (365 days from purchase). During this period, Lectric Boil will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products, that are determined by Lectric Boil to be defective because of improper material, hardware, or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Standing By Our Work: While our products are designed for durability and longevity should your goods need repair after the warranty period is complete, please email us at Team@LectricBoil.com or call us at (313) 444-8428 and we’ll do everything we can to serve you and get your Lectric Boil products back operational as soon as possible. Minimal costs will be incurred to cover labor and materials required for repairs.
Refunds
Once your return is received, with proof of purchase enclosed with your Lectric boil product, it will be inspected, eligibility for a refund determined, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing a refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
