🥦 1. Zesty Veggie Stir-Fry (15 min)

  • Large burner (Medium-Low) Stir-fry Broccoli and assorted veggies and garlic in your choice of oil or butter
  • Small burner (High/Boost): Boil water for your noodles, rice, etc., then remove water pot.  Add pan (Reduce heat to Medium) Sear your choice of tofu, chicken, or shrimp seasoned to your liking.  
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a high-protein, low-carb meal on the go

 

🍋 2. Lemon Herb Couscous Bowl (12 min)

  • Large burner (Medium-Low) Cook couscous with lemon and cherry tomatoes
  • Small burner (Medium) Warm chickpeas, grill salmon, or brown turkey
  • Great eating freshly cooked and can be saved for the trail

 

🌯 3. Southwest Power Wraps (10 min)

  • Large burner (Medium-High) Sauté black beans, corn, and spices
  • Small burner (Medium) Heat tortillas + protein like tempeh, beef, or pork
  • Add avocado, salsa & hot sauce if desired for a delicious high-fiber wrap
